We called the property a few weeks before our stay to make sure of our reservation. The person who answered the phone at the time was very rude. But to our surprise, the day we checked in was the first day of new management. We never got his name but he was great to work with. He was super friendly and easy to work with. Anything we needed was done right away. He also mentioned that they were going to start renovations, and fix up the rooms. The new management will be working diligently in making this a better place.

Everything works, ac, heat, cable tv, shower, refrigerator. Excellent value, right next to Walmart, McDonald's.

The staff was very personable and friendly, and the room was comfortable, clean and modern. Also, you couldn't beat the price.
